Zendaya is reportedly in talks to star in a new high-budget sci-fi thriller being developed by Warner Bros. Pictures.

Sources say the film will explore a futuristic world where artificial intelligence controls global cities. If the deal closes, the project could begin filming in late 2026 and may become one of the studio’s biggest sci-fi productions since Dune, which also starred Zendaya.

Industry insiders believe the role could showcase Zendaya in a darker, action-heavy character unlike anything she has played before.
